THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!! We were going to rent and made the decision to buy last minute due to nothing being available in the area. Mrs. Kim made our buying experience a breeze! After gone through a failed attempt to sell my mother's Virginia home, which sat on the market for a year by a previous company, she took the bull by the horn by developing a plan that would get the house sold. Where do I began. I watched her work when she sold my Bff her 1st home. I loved how personable and warm she was. When It came time for me to sale my home I knew I would hire her even though I interviewed 3 other Realtors. I'm glad I did she did not disappoint. A true professional but she always made sure you felt taken care of. We had about 5 other homes for sale in our neighborhood that had been on the market for a year or so. We Placed ours on the market in August and sold in December (only due to closing being pushed backed a few times). She always had an solution to our problems and was always available to spend Facetime with contractors. We had to PCS to Jacksonville FL during the process. Her response time to inquires were impeccable and she listened and delivered on every promise. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Hampton Roads area in the future. Thanks again for everything you did. My whole family appreciates you making something so stressful so easy to do.
